Mute Math – Club Nokia
Wow. Well I don’t really know even where to start with this one. I have listened to Mute Math for quite some time now and have never seen them in concert. I had heard they were good, but I was not ready for what I was about to experience.
They are all such amazing musicians and they just love music. I could just tell how much they loved just jamming. It didnt matter if there was a crowd or anything, they would have still just gone crazy.
In the encore, the drummer threw his basedrum out into the crowd and stood on it and backdove into the crowd. It was probably one of the sweetest things I have ever seen.
Because of the awesomeness that this show had, I really think that these are my best pictures to date. I just love them.

I shot this show at Club Nokia, too! I agree, I got some of my best photos to date there, and it was definitely one of the best shows I’ve covered! Your pics are phenomenal!
Fuck me – I’ve shot Mutemath a couple of times – the drummer going into the crowd just about made me permanently pack up my gear. =] Wonderful grab, definite money shot – I saw it first in SPIN – man, I hope you got paid large…
